Olaf Pattern 108 – 60mm Ball Christmas Tree. To create this ball you will require 20 grams White, 10 grams Red, 10 grams Gold, 10 grams Green and small amounts of Charcoal, Yellow, Blue and Red size 9 Toho, Japanese seed beads also known as Olaf beads. When quantities are stated on a pattern, Olaf packaged in 5 grams, Polly’s Beads sell in 10 grams packets. Lace weaving method of beading has been used in this project.
Beading thread has been used for this project along with a beading needle and a 60mm Compressed cotton ball.
This also comes as a Kit. 168 60mm Ball with Tree. With a full set of instructions and all the materials needed to construct the ball, this is a great option for beginners to beading when you only need small amounts of four colours of beads.
Patterns are great to use up beads you may have left over from other projects and only need to purchase a few colours in full packets.
